To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 5 August 2022.

Student Registrations
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Managers via email to register.ffncongress2022@arinex.com.au.  Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Visa Requirements
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Please note that, for international participants, to obtain an Australian visa an invitation letter is not required. Once you have registered and paid the registration fees in full then your confirmation of registration or tax invoices for payment of registration fees is sufficient to lodge with your visa application.

In-person Full Congress Registrations

Access to a 3 day scientific program including workshops, keynote presentations and concurrent special interest stream presentations

  • Morning and afternoon break catering – *lunch not provided as part of Congress registrations
  • Access to all Congress social functions, including the Congress Gala and Welcome Function, Networking Function and Poster Viewing Reception
  • Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for all social functions, if required
  • Entry to the trade exhibition across the three days
  • Access to discounted accommodation rates at nearby hotels, available exclusively for FFN Congress attendees
  • Full access to the Congress online program platform, including on-demand and live stream content, virtual poster gallery and virtual exhibition gallery

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All session
  • Social functions: Welcome Reception
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas (lunches will not be provided)

Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Managers via email to register.ffncongress2022@arinex.com.au.  Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each member of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of attendance

All delegates will be issued a Certificate of Attendance upon completing the post-Congress survey.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Congress by Arinex’.

 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.ffncongress2022@arinex.com.au.

Registration Fees: On or before Wednesday 20 July 2022 will incur a 25% cancellation fee from fees paid. From Thursday 21 July to Wednesday 14 September 2022 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After Thursday 15 September 2022 there will be no refunds.

Accommodation:  Credit card details are given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.

Social: Payments are non-refundable on Thursday 15 September 2022.

 

Whilst unlikely, should the meeting need to change from hybrid to a fully virtual meeting format, all delegates will automatically receive refunds for the difference in registration amounts between the two categories, and transferred to a fully virtual registration option.

 

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.

The Organiser of FFN Congress 2022 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.  Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.  Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
